Could be that said hospitals are run by ACA ideologues and would do it out of spite? That’s the only thing I can thinkg of.
not going to happen. the ACA was an insurance scam. i doubt there are few if any ACA requirements for the docs. it was to be a screwed up single payer insurance scam. the docs would be killed off later. docs still have an oath. and the inscos would still pay. no reason to stop that money train.
