I have not found where he specifically mentioned American citizens are eligible. The problem is that so many enemies have been ‘gifted’ American citizenship. Here’s what Trump said.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump says that the US should keep Guantanamo Bay detention facility open in Cuba and ‘load it up’ with some ‘bad dudes.’

The problem is that these people were falsely provided with US citizenship and they need to have it stripped before we end up with thousands of copycats.
We have done the equivalent of importing Nazi family members and ‘friends’ during WWII. And now we are reaping the consequences.
