Megyn Kellys bestselling memoir is called Settle for More, but the star anchor may have to settle for less money if she decides to leave the Fox News Channel.
Kelly is said to have not made up her mind about staying with Fox News beyond the end of her contract in July, even with an offer of more than $20 million a year to stay, which would put her in the same income bracket as NBCs Today co-anchor Matt Lauer.
So far no other networks have offered to top Foxs figure, according to network news executives and agents familiar with the talks and who were not authorized to discuss the matter publicly. A spokesperson for Creative Artists Agency, which represents Kelly, declined to comment on her contract negotiations.

Agreed.
So she’s currently making $15M/yr at Fox. When her contract expires in July, Fox has an offer on the table to increase her salary to $20M/yr. No other network wants her, and she’s toxic to a large segment of Fox’s audience.
If the info in this article is substantially true, and Fox wanted to keep her, they could offer to renew her contract at a reduced salary of $10M/yr and it would be the best offer she’d get anywhere.
Why is Fox offering her more money, rather than less? Makes no sense.
Megyn Kelly. Yawn.
It’s also the kind of post that embarrasses conservative, traditional women (and maybe some conservative men?), which makes it even funnier, yeah? I guess I don’t get it.
Maybe Fox doesn’t want to take the chance that she might bail on them. In this case, I could see them offering her more money.
There are bad men like darkshear and I who nevertheless still pretty conservative
Lustiness is where I fail admittedly
But I’ve been faithful 20 years to one hot as hell woman and great mom
And I care for nine people from 9-90 coincidentally
But I am a sometimes poor judgement horn dog even at 59
I can’t speak for darkshear but you have to admit we’re preferable to fags or hipsters
If you were my neighbor and got scared at night or had an emergency my sense of honor and duty would compel me to get there firstest and mostest and prolly bring my oldest boy he’s a better shot than me now

God love you hon
Varney & Company is good in the mornings, too.
She acts like she’s entitled and arrived. I suppose not many want to pay for more of that when they’ve already got plenty of it to go around.
Are we tired of winning, yet?
If there is 20 Mil a year on the table and she does not take it she is a dingbat. I bet she takes the offer.
Saw her on tv signing books at The Villages in Florida. People were waiting in line so she must still have a following. I can’t stand her & haven’t watched her show after the first debate.
That’s what I saw - signing books at The Villages and the people in line just going ga ga over her. Made me sorta sick.
Insults and embarrasses?
Only if riding Sybians on the Howard Stern show is something that is considered “conservative” in your world.
Which Megyn Kelly did indeed do.
She is the very definition of “bimbo”, which is ironic considering she says she was asked what that was..
America paid the price for Megyn’s career ambitions
She should join Madonna...in the garbage dump of this culture...and people wonder why men say mysogynist things about women...sheesh
I had little doubt of that when I posted to you, otherwise I wouldn't have bothered. There are "men" of FR who would have responded to my post with namecalling and innuendos. I've not taken you to be one of those.
It may be not a dying species of man, but rather a dead one, that treats FR as though it's someone's living room, with a lively mix of like-minded conservative folks---including wives, sisters, adult-age daughters, and mothers. If a comment isn't something they'd say in mixed company, it's not something they'd write for mixed company either.
I'm blessed to know men of that caliber in real life, though they're certainly, and sadly, a dying breed.
I usually just ignore this kind of thing on FR because it's become nearly unavoidable. It's a culture that can only be changed by real men, strong ones. I'm not expecting that to happen, but once in awhile I reply to someone who seems to have the capacity to consider it.
God love you hon
Bless your heart :-p
Actually, no. She didn't. However, she did engage in sexual banter with Stern about her husband's penis size and what sexual practices she did or didn't enjoy. That's not something a conservative woman would do, but Kelly has never been a conservative. She's a duplicitous airhead, which is why I haven't watched her since 2012.
But my reply to you wasn't about Megyn Kelly.
Check the Howard Stern show tapes.
Defending her is... Questionable at best.
She gets what she deserves, scorn and mockery.
You won’t find one place in my 15 year FR history that I have ever, one single time (including this thread), defended Megyn Kelly in any way, or said anything other than I don’t like her and I don’t watch her.
I don’t know if you’re being deliberately obtuse or not, so I’m politely exiting this conversation.
