Party affiliation of the presiding judge? That’s the only thing that matters in this day and age. Actually, the judge could be a Republican NeverTrumper. What a joke!

Larry, would you happen to know which level of the judiciary is slated to preside over Monday's hearing ?

Per the info on this page, it would seem to fall under the jurisdiction of the Commonwealth Court, which is a nine judge panel, to the best of my understanding.

The Commonwealth Court also functions as a trial court in some civil actions by or against the Commonwealth government and cases regarding statewide elections (42 Pa.C.S. §§ 761-764).

Given that the CC is overwhelmingly Republican, and if my surmise is correct, it should alleviate much gnashing of teeth here on FR in the interim.
