I asked mod to remove recount. In essence, though, this constitutes the “recount” because Stein was late in filing. She can’t recount now, only “contest.”
Can something come of a contest?
The stuff with the Philadelphia “tabulation” maybe mistakenly called a recount by the press, is that over for now or is there any ongoing recount there presently?
