Stein was charged Wednesday in Morton County with misdemeanor counts of criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
A spokeswoman for Stein said Tuesday that activists invited her to leave a message at the protest site, and Stein sprayed I approve this message in red paint on the blade of a bulldozer.
Stein herself tweeted a photo of the spray-painting incident Wednesday afternoon: The tweet read The Dakota Access Pipeline is vandalism on steroids.

Unofficially in Washington county as of Nov 8....Trump was at 58911 and Hillary was at34436(or 22000 votes ahead of Hillary). Say....when that vote is certified and the results put back into the total certified count won’t that raise Trumps’ vote totals above 70000 ahead of Hillary
like it was before? Or does the current 49000 vote figure for Trump assume that the uncertified numbers from Washington County are unchanged and that the votes for Hillary really came from “newly counted votes” from Philly?
In other words....the current vote totals now for Pa...is that from certified sources?(in other words...are the uncertified sources not counted yet when they reported a 49000 vote separation? And when they certify Washington country’s votes with that 58000 vs 34000 spread not changed from 11/8, won’t Trumps lead increase by 22000 or so statewide? Thus being back with a 70000 or so lead?)
No idea
Has Washington county and the couple of rural counties finished up?
