This has nothing to do with the recount. These are from Philly and I think if the certification would have gone through on Monday as it was planned you would have heard about it earlier.

Hasn’t this been discussed and explained earlier on FreRepublic. As you indicate, this isn’t recount tampering, it is the residue of absentee and other ballots that were know about earlier.
I hope so, or I would be nervous. From your posts and others, I am sleeping well, at least for tonight.
We did hear about it earlier. This was posted on FR 2 days ago and tweeted out by the expert on vote counting on Twitter hours before that.
