They are taking money for this purpose from the property taxes? Is that correct? Insanity...
If I were in a union I’d want that 20m to be put into the pension fund to shore that up.
Would this not be “aiding and abetting” by Emanuel??? Helping federal criminals evade the law?? Or is he just another failed DemocRat breaking the law??
Wow. This is unreal. Chicago is one big toilet.
Property owners are getting raped in Chicago.
um...does he not know that he could be arrested for this ?
” property tax rebate program”
Looks like he is just stealing it from property owners.
Maybe he will set aside some for his bail money. Too cheap to use his own.
Don’t you know it. Where are our lawyers? I’m pretty sure that the funding is tied to specific purposes and that aiding criminality was never mentioned as being the purpose of the funds.
Is this his way of thwarting Trump or some diabolic way around him?
Give me my 20 bucks back.
Besides the state of Ill. being flat broke, the city of Chicago is in the same or worse state of finances and yet somehow, somewhere tax money is going to be diverted for THIS crap?
700 murders in Chicago so far this year. This punk’s priority? Aiding law breakers.
Many of whom are responsible, in one way or another, for many of those murders!
An “Illegal Legal Fund”?
Holy Oxymorons, Batman!
Property owners are getting raped in Chicago? Absolutely.
This guy must have a whole sh*t load of hard core enemies.
It’s a shame the majority of the people of Chicago are are too ignorant/stupid to oppose this improper use of their taxes.
IMPOSSIBLE!! We’re told by the libs and media that illegals don’t vote!
Is that anything like the Jill Stein Election Recount Fund?
