Agree 100%. A lot of it is imbued with New Age which is insidious and very dangerous to the soul. I am skeptical of Peale and have never read him. Same with most other positive thinking stuff. I did read Trump’s stuff but viewed it as rules of thinking in business. I’ve also read sports-related mental training. But specifically avoided all the New Age self-help crap.
