I am looking at day 2 spreadsheet.
Near as I can figure (from 479 Wards):

Preliminary - both lost votes:
Trump: -113
Hillary: -124

The above totals do not contain Milwaukee County numbers.
Milwaukee County counts do not reflect absentee ballot counts - the individual ward recount numbers are way off from the original counts.

The elections people made some inputing errors - input recounts from one ward into another ward's slot and vice\verse.
I have accounted for these.

Saulk County, City of Woodward, Ward 1 numbers are way too whacked to be accurate so they also are not included.

The big bang for the buck will be in Milwaukee & Dane counties.

Near as I can figure 1038 out of 3636 wards recounted Wards

Preliminary - both gained votes ( I don’t care about the others):
Trump: +245
Hillary: +398

Dane is a hand recount ( slow walking) so results will be lagging.

These are the explanations provided by the clerks for difference in numbers between canvass and the recount:

Eau Claire County: Increase of 11 votes in Town of Brunswick and 13 votes in Town of Seymour due to ballots marked incorrectly on Election Day.

Manitowoc County: Increase in 24 votes in Town of Centerville due to a stack ballots missed on Election Day.(all for Hillary)

Walworth County: Increase in 10 votes in Town of Whitewater Wards 1-2 due to ballot jams on Election Day.

Washburn County: Discrepancies in Town of Bashaw were due to an error in the previous certification. The total ballots for Trump/Pence should have been 385 instead of the 352 reported.
