Typed that too quickly.

Milwaukee County’s wards are showing huge variance in recount vs election day count. All the variance is to have lower vote totals for today’s recount vs election day (night’s) count. There is a notation saying Milwaukee will do their absentees last, so this lower total for both Trump and Hillary is because absentees are not included in their numbers yet.

The other counties are making what looks like fast progress. Variance in recount total vs election day is small.

Note Cudahy city of Milwaukee County did apparently choose to NOT do absentees last. They report numbers with tiny variance today vs election day.

Just like election night the Browards and Durhams hang back waiting to see what they need. This is why they slow walk and hand count in the first place, to insure last reporting. And they can see whats needed against the other districts, manuf. votes via absentees. Just like PA yesterday with net 22,000 out of thin air. Whats the margin in WI 27,000 ... about a one day swing in PA

And a last item . . . I know people want to know who gained what . . . net.

The damn spreadsheet is alphabetical so Milwaukee’s zillion wards are right in the middle of it.

Not easy to exclude it to add them up. They are all, visually, +1 or +2 Hillary or Trump and not all going to one of the other. It could conceivably be a net 0 for this day 2 activity.
