Build it so it prevents people,drugs,money,agricultural produce and manufactured goods from entering.Mexico is our enemy.Not militarily but in *every* other way.
I bet some air conditioners will be sold while the wall is being built.

However, it won’t be long if not already happening
the Cartel will use drones to get drugs over the wall.
