Sounds an awful lot like FELONY CHILD ENDANGERMENT, Has the innocent Child been REMOVED by CPS yet? and WHY NOT??
"Her Honor" was not legally drunk at the time. It was a probation violation because she was not permitted to consume any alcohol at all. The child was not in any more danger than usual.
