The following are excerpts from Donald Trump's Book Crippled America:

"One reason that I have been successful in business is that I hire the best people. I pay them well, and I keep them working for me. There are times when I meet someone working on the other side of the deal. Maybe they don't beat me, but they give me a tough time. I respect that. In fact, I respect that so much that sometimes I hire them away from the company they were negotiating for."

Hiring an Alpha Snake to clear out the snake pit that is the State Department might be what's going on here, who knows.

And there's this: "So here's the way I work. I find the people who are the best in the world at what needs to be done, then I hire them to do it, and then I let them do it...but I always watch over them.

:The Department of State is badly broken and desperately needs to be fixed.”

This article gets this part correct.

The Secretary of State will need to clean up the mess in the corrupt and dysfunctional State Department.

The article claims Romney is the right person for the job.

If you look at Romney's political career he has a history of undermining and backstabbing Republicans and conservatives.

Romney and his people have used the media to dishonestly attack other conservatives.

Romney failed at every political task he has attempted.

Romney was a miserable failure as governor of Massachusetts.

He failed in his attempt to get the Republican nomination in 2008.

He failed miserably in his presidential campaign in 2012. The Republican candidate should have easily beaten Obama but Romney ran an incompetent campaign and it seemed like he was trying to lose.

Romney wanted the Republican nomination in 2016. When Jeb got all the big donors and party establishment Romney was afraid to compete.

When Trump defeated Jeb Romney worked to prevent Trump from getting the nomination and then worked to get Hillary Clinton elected.

The only way a Romney Secretary of State makes sense is if Trump uses Romney to clean out the State Department.

But Romney's alliances are with the media, the globalists, the Washington establishment and the Trump haters. Romney will work with the corrupt Clinton people in the State Department against Trump.

Romney is the ultimate RINO invertebrate. Lacks a spine. Mindlessly mouths libtard platitudes. Really belongs under the “Democrap” column. Has no particular experience defending U.S. interests against foreign governments. Would stab Trump in the back and work against him at the first drop of a hat. My cat Zizu has far more qualifications than this pretender. And, she’s a heck of a lot cuter, too.

IF Romney can take State and realign it to operate as a functioning business (while continuing its actual mission as the US Govt’s dept dealing international relations) it might work. That Dept. is such a quagmire; it MUST be drained.
