Related to Stein lawsuit.
They’re not certifying it until a court decides on the lawsuit.

Perhaps DJT’s attorneys will have some response to this.

Can this block the state from certifying the rest of the counties in the state?

Unfortunately, since she filed a lawsuit alleging the election is invalid, they can’t go forward with certification until the suit is settled by the court.

When is the court going to settle this?! This is BS. They’re stealing the election right under our noses

This lawsuit as referred to as correctly stated by goldstategop will likely be thrown out of court because of its lack of merit and frivolity. They are only delaying certification as part of the process. Once the lawsuit is dismissed the results will likely be quickly certified.

Trump’s lawyers should challenge her standing.
It is inconceivable that any recount could flip enough votes to give Jill Stein those electors.
Hence she has no business bringing the case.
If Hillary wants to try, let her put her grubby little fingerprints all over it.

Likely by the end of this week.

Getting a court to invalidate an election is a very high bar.
All they have are sour grapes in not liking who won the election.
I expect the suit to ultimately be tossed.

Means they need more time to print the ballots dead cast, those in hospitals for the criminaly insane, voters under the age 15 and those over 15.
