Is the expectation that the recount in Wisconsin will be over soon and come to nothing? We know the whole strategy is to deny Trump 270 votes before deadline, throw it to the House of Representatives, and declare Trump’s Presidency illegitimate.

Trump only needs the majority of the electoral votes from those appointed. If they don't all get chosen, the bar comes down accordingly.
