We just found out over the weekend that it will take YEARS to Abolish and Replace Obamacare, so I propose that in the interim we enact PEACE
The Public Employee Affordable Care Enrollment Act.

this can be done by Executive Orders without the Legislature even being involved or having ANY SAY WHATSOEVER

All Persons that can be Classified as a “Federal Employee”, SHALL purchase and maintain their own personal and family health Insurance from the Affordable Care Act Exchange in the State they legally reside.
All Military Personnel shall be exempt from this order.

All TAXPAYER monies saved on Private Health Insurance shall be redirected to Building a Wall on our Southern Border.

$2 BILLION SCAM chronic pain suffers are forced into now. 12 trips a year if you are on a narcotic to pee in a bottle under supervision. This is more MENTAL HEALTH invasion of PRIVACY than stopping prescription OD’s. The real problem is there are people who add other addictive agents to prescription drugs or abuse them, most who have incurable diseases or inoperable ones only take what is necessary so they can function. Being in this class of Chronic Pain suffers teaches you a lot. You can function at a level 4 pain, not a level 9.

Needs to be extended to ALL laws - Congress should not be exempt from any law that they pass.

Worse, by exempting the legislative branch from the pernicious effects of this particular law, it allows Members and their staffs to avoid the personal pain (financial and health) imposed by the monstrosity they imposed on the rest of us, and, by doing so, delays its inevitable repeal.

I saw a simple amendment proposed that required all members of congress and all other elected officials to be subject to all laws and regulations imposed upon the public. I wonder what ever happened to it? < /sarc >

Has anyone considered that term limits would limit the time good Congressmen serve in Congress as well as the bad? It’s an unnecessary fight. Term limits are better applied to the President and the Supreme Court.
