Yes, the Salvation Army is the ONLY charity that I donate to.
As a life long bookkeeper, there is NO WAY I could categorize that much money as “OTHER”.
95% went to the Clintons while the remaining 5% was for advertising how charitable the Clintons are.
The Salvation Army is a very prominent exception to your statement. They use less than 7 percent of their funds for administrative expenses.
