Best guess I have heard. He enjoys sticking his fingers in their noses and dragging them where he wants them to go. I would not be surprised if he announced John Bolton, Rohrbacher or someone else tommorrow that is not being discussed, and then laugh at the NYT.

I suspect, and hope he’s just using this to jerk mittens’ chain a little before he comes up with a more suitable choice.
