My other half is black Hispanic, and can’t stand when both hoodrat and redneck acquaintances expect her to adhere to an expected stereotype based on skin pigmentation. We’re both straight up Republican, and it confuses the hell out of fools.
My friend's daughter's husband is a really nice guy, and I like him a lot... he's really big, but very much a quiet, gentle giant type of guy. She's the really vocal/leftist one.
For years she worked directly for the show (AGT), but a couple years ago they abruptly fired her. But, Nick wound up hiring her directly, so she still does the same work, just for him and for more programs than just AGT. Her other main client is Sharon Osbourne, and between the two of them she's always really busy.
