This Stanford study appears to be preparation for stricter government control over the internet, specifically tighter control over conservative conservative news sources like Breitbart, Drudge, James O’Keefe, Free Republic excetera.

there seems to be a tidal wave of leftist education for tighter information control.

I think this is the start of something very important.

They want their media Monopoly back.

They want their media Monopoly back.

Of course they want it back. The grand news is, they're not going to get it.

Most of this current generation-in-charge has no idea how the Internet (or computers, or software) functions; for every 'crackdown' on free speech attempted, a dozen work-arounds will be created by tech-savvy young people who may indeed have a difficult time distinguishing Jon Stewart-style "news" from the real deal, but they're able to recognize tyranny when they see it (vis-a-vis Internet freedom, at least) and are light years ahead of the ignorant overlords who'd try to control it via draconian measures. IMHO.
