My Grandfather was an UNRRA colonel who brought as many DPs out of the East as he possibly could in 1946. He married one after my Grandmother divorced him.

I have spoken with Russians who were jailed by Stalin and then put to work as Engineers to build his armaments. They hated his very name. RUSSIANs, not “Soviets”.

What would the world look like if FDR wasn’t a gdamn traitor who sold out Eastern Europe to those thugs?

Let me tell you: 60 million Russians, Ukrainians, Poles, Hungarians, Belorussians, Czechs, Slovaks, Ruthenians and Galicians would live on in their descendants instead of being dead in the Trans-Siberian gulags they were sent to.

If they were merely cowed publicly, their "private" votes would reflect something different. 9% voted for Trump in SF. 9%. That's not cowing, that's an almost unanimous consensus in favor of radical leftism. This would not be terribly different in Cuba were they allowed a "free vote."

I can't speak to how many are legit or not (if you're implying 1/3rd are illegal Hispanics, that's not so. SF is only about 15% Hispanic, and most illegals couldn't afford to live there. Most Blacks were similarly driven out because of economics. The hope was that Asians with their strong work ethic and pro-family stance might move the city back towards the political mainstream, but that hasn't happened. If anything, it's Whites that radicalized the place since the 1960s. Some of our most radically left-wing areas of the country are heavily White (look at VT, Massachusetts, Seattle, Portland, et al).

Only if you're prepared to employ extralegal methods in order to pursue said agenda, short of declaring war. San Francisco is only one part of the equation. What about the equally radical environs ? Or down in Los Angeles County where 78% voted against Trump. These are millions of hostiles.

Can't liberate people that don't want to be liberated, be it Cuba or the gulag of the Red Coast of California.

It amazes me how people can behold the series of miracles that has propelled Donald Trump to be president-elect and immediately fall back into an “it’s about our own private moral superiority” mindset.

Please. We’ve been down that road before (like it was morally superior to ship slaves here rather than let them “suffer” at home) and we’ve seen the long dull thud that has resonated from it in history.

And I know it is harsh to say it, but I suspect that a tyranny that LOOKS like a tyranny is easier to recover from, at the right time, than one that carries the cachet of a “free” sponsor. The people who are escaping KNOW what it is they are escaping. They are not numbed by a nominal name.

We have another variable here, one that liberals (even crypto ones like Regulator) miss. The variable is the souls and their will to make the best or worst out of what God may present to them.

Well, I don’t want to tear down Regulator. He loathes, as we loathe, oppression and the evil that leftism has wrought over the past century alone. It’s the question of how to combat it in a practical and feasible way. The comment about ‘why didn’t we liberate the Poles earlier ?’ It’s one thing if a small group is holding a larger group political hostages and they welcome liberation. Marching into Poland after 1945 would’ve meant WW3.

Same with a massive military strike on the enclaves within the U.S. would mean a Civil War. Very few would be supportive of that at present. However, had Clinton won and she continued the alienating, extralegal and unconstitutional policies and agenda, we might’ve seen a legitimate need to move on doing just that against a lawless government.

The only options available at the moment, or at least after January 20th, 2017, will be forcing compliance with areas that refuse to follow the letter of the law (especially with respect to illegal sanctuary cities and protection of criminals). I absolutely believe the new Justice Department should move swiftly on prosecuting elected officials in these locales who are breaking the law (after all, it was the present regime that stated immigration issues was under the FEDERAL aegis - so if they don’t go along with the legal edicts of this incoming administration, they should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and any and all federal monies withheld until such time as they carry out their orders under federal law). Along with lawless politicians, corporations and business owners that also disregard the federal law on the usage and exploitation of illegals should be severely penalized, not only with high fines but with long prison terms.

Do what we can at present within legitimate and legal means instead of impractical threats of invasion on our own soil or neighbors.
