Whoo boy....the DUmmies over at Democratic Underground have decided that it’s the rural voters’ fault that Hillary lost. The DUmmies either in or from rural areas are spittin’ mad. It’s the Civil War all over again! Some peacemakers but everyone is ignoring them.

I remember being over at a girl friends house when I was only in Grade school. Her mother was having her lady friends in and she had baked coconut macaroons and gave us each one. It was the best macaroon and only macaroon I had ever had in my mouth.

I still remember it. My mom only baked one type of cookie for Christmas and always said she wasn't a cookie maker. I on the other hand have always made cookies through the year. I have never found a good macaroon recipe and have stopped trying. The last ones I made were sticky. I didn't like that consistancy. If you should happen to get a break would it be asking too much for you to give my your recipe Peabody? If its too much I'll understand.

Must go to the store soon. Thankfully its a sunny day and Tenn. got our rain last night. God is Great!
