Not doing a lot of decorating but having a wonderful time. Got the tree up when son was on leave with us. Granddaughter and I have gone shopping and this weekend is baking time. Trump Girl, if you mail me some of that fudge, I will add you to the will! Haha. How are you guys decorating? Btw,discovered a really cool centerpiece for Thanksgiving on Pinterest. You take a pumpkin, hollow it out, and use it for a floral display. A few more steps involved but gives you the idea. 😁

navymom1, it sounds like your holiday season is off to a WINNING!!! start!

I’m a boring decorator. I use the same red and green and gold decorations every year.

I have a big ceramic moose painted in Christmas colors and a holly pattern which is named Chris Moose. I love him.

I really like my vintage tablecloths. We have tables in most rooms because someone’s always got a project going or using a laptop and so I have several of the old cotton tablecloths with the printed holly or carollers or Santas on them.

I also have my grandmother’s one-piece lighted nativity (which was a gift to her from me many years ago). I plan to leave it up permanently, thanks to advice from hoosiermama. :-)
