SEVERAL picks so far. LOTS of speculation and misinformation along the way
This week the country loudly let the PEOTUS know mittens was not on most favored list. Trump let the media know they were NOT on his most favored list. A snark designer who helped keep MO tacky advised other designers to stay away from Melania professionally. We ate too much probably on Thanksgiving and we possibly weren't appreciative enough of the blessings in this life.

She was really pushing Trump until he won the nomination.
My thinking is it was thought that he was the worst candidate for the GOP so they were happy to help him get the nomination.

Asked reaction to Romney's flattering remarks last night, @JasonMillerinDC says Trump said Mitt strong candidate, they have good chemistry.
In addition to Rudy and Mitt, the other 2 finalists for SoS are apparently Petraeus and Corker. I vote for Rudy (unless he wants National Intelligence or Homeland Security).

Now, I know that most, if not all here, do not want Romney for SoS or even Dog Catcher but reading this explained to me why Trump is even considering him.

Melt white chips. Dip pretzels in until about a fourth inch is left in bottom of ziplock container then add crushed candy canes to make peppermint bark.
It’s a two-fer and easy peazy!
Just finished the dog biscuits. No recipes just throw in left over egg yokes , cheese, butter, beef or chicken broth and flour until it’s rollable. Cut with bone cookie cutter. Bake @ 325 until done 45 minutes or so
They love whatever is in them. Spoilt rotten!

A place like Michael’s or Ace Hardware would be somewhere likely to carry glass paint.
There are brush on paints too, some of which recommend baking for best results... but not necessarily mandatory to do so.

Hmm - interesting. Wonder if Trump will be turned off on her since she came public with the info. She’s probably looking for a job since she is finishing her term this year and Liz Cheney will take over as Wyoming’s sole Rep in Congress.
There are quite a few others that are apparently up for this position. There is a Deputy Sec and 6 Ass’t Sect’y positions in this agency.
Condi has said many times she doesn’t want to go back in to government and is very happy at Stanford (FWIW). I remember reading/hearing that some of the meetings are for collection of ideas/sharing of info only, so perhaps that’s what Condi’s meeting is about?? Or, Ambassador to Russia???

Couldn’t find grandma’s caramel recipe So am using the one that I’ve used in past to make turtles. They never seemed to get dipped in chocolate kids always ate the pecan/Carmel before I’d get around to dipping them. It’s good maybe better than granny’s — more butter. Be back soon
