Despite the impression from FR, Pennsylvania is not in the process of being recounted except maybe for local races. I believe it would take a court order to recount PA.
Various kinds of ballots, such as contested, provisional, absentee or mail-in are probably still being counted in PA as they are in some other states.
Yes I read that in PA is extremely difficult if not impossible to do a statewide recount if the difference in the race is above 1/2 of 1%, the automatic recount threshold. You can’t just request one from the state elections office, you have to petition county elections offices first and if evidence is discovered that a major irregularity occurred, you then have to take the evidence to a state appellate court judge and they will then decide to either order a statewide recount or not.
Besides that, a dimrat election lawyer in PA laughed off this recount effort, saying Trump won legitimately and if there was something off, they would have contested immediately.
In Michigan they literally just got done counting their votes a couple of days ago when they issued the final tallies that gave Trump the win by 10,700 votes. Unless fraudsters moved in fast with ballots, the vote count should remain fairly unchanged. State election officials are also laughing at this hacking rumors.
Don’t know much about Wisconsin but maybe it would be nice if the state elections officials in MI and WI put a stop to this nonsense and denied Steins recount request as a waste of time from a fringe candidate with chance of winning.
