president is supposed to be Natural born citizen not just citizen, but it seems with some presidents in past they may not have been NBC, I think chester arthur and obama are not of 2 parents who were born in USA
A natural born citizen is anyone who was a citizen at birth. Any other reading is unsupported by history and legal precedent. The fact that we would be nullifying the presidency of Chester Arthur kind of underscores that fact.
