A Texas woman accused of killing a mother and taking her baby was in the U.S. illegally when she was released from a Kansas jail this summer before immigration officials had a chance to request she be held, law enforcement authorities said.

Like another poster said, these SOBs in government who refuse to enforce our laws and then release these violent criminals savages back into our towns and cities should be held criminally responsible. In fact, they would not want me on a jury when the victims families justifiably retaliate against this wide spread lawlessness.
