Does Hillary Clinton still have a path to the White House?
That’s the provocative question posed by some computer security experts, who think voting results in key states could have been manipulated by hackers.
The emphasis here is on “could.” There’s no clear evidence that voting machines were rigged or that ballots were altered, but as reported Tuesday night in New York magazine, a group of computer scientists and election lawyers has urged Clinton to call for a recount in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, three swing states that Donald Trump won--to the surprise of just about every pollster, pundit, and journalist in America. Clinton would have to win those states back in order to change the outcome of the election. And while it’s tempting to blame hackers, and not the failure of the political professional class, for Trump’s upset, experts warn not to get your hopes up for a shocking turnaround. For hackers to have changed the votes in three states would have been even more surprising than Trump’s victory.
“There is zero evidence of tampering right now. Zero,” David Becker, the executive director of the Center for Election Innovation and Research, told The Daily Beast. The simpler explanation for why the vote deviated from expectations and historical trends was that Barack Obama wasn’t at the top of the ticket. The results for Clinton “only look off when you compare them to the Obama elections” in 2008 and 2012, Becker said.
I wish everyone would quit behaving as though the Clinton/Trump election occurred in a vacuum. Their contest was just a part, albeit a major one, of what happened a couple of Tuesdays ago. As I said in an earlier thread;
Trump (the Republican Party) won the most counties.
Trump won the most states.
Trump garnered the most electoral votes.
The Republican Party now controls both the House and Senate.
Because of that, the Republican Party will select the next Supreme Court Justice, and possibly 2 of them.
The Republican Party now controls 2/3 of the state legislatures.
31 of 50 governors are now Republican, with 8 of the states a trifecta (both governor and legislature are GOP).
Blue-secure states went to Trump.
Even Oregon elected a Republican Secretary of State, the first state office held by the GOP in 14 years.
Clinton, with 30+ years experience, had no coattails to help fellow Democrats.
This clearly shows more than a Clinton versus Trump face-off. This bespeaks a complete repudiation of the last 8 years. If not, then why did Hillary’s promise of continuing the policies of Obama not carry her to victory against a complete novice like Trump? Either the message or the messenger was rejected by the voters, and the evidence would indicate both.
These facts probably explain the recent desperate moves by the Dems (hacked voting boxes, intimidation of electors). When you’re drowning you’ll grab at any straw, and right now the Democrat Party is definitely drowning...
Soros has an IT group that control and maintain the software for nearly all electronic voting and vote info systems (GEMS) in the United States, It’s true.
Soros owned Smartmatic which manufactured the Diebold machines and he sold Smartmatic to Dominion but the sale left him retaining all the IP for both.
One has to ask why this twisted human being is involved in voting systems. It is disturbing to contemplate.
Before the election there was voluminous evidence how Soros machines could rig the elections. I was posting furiously with details of how the election results could be rigged with everything documented and provable.
I braced for Soros’s people stealing the election and was relieved when Trump won. But I still think Soros had his people try because his twisted mind thinks that ‘IF HE DOESN’T DO IT, THEN SOMEONE ELSE WILL’.
I have no proof that electronic voting was manipulated in this last election, but there is ample proof that it is a threat and that it has been done in the past.
To me, it is a given that if there is an election to steal, there are operatives to steal it. Soros had and has the capability and ability.
If I knew that Soros’s operatives indeed did try to electronically steal states for Clinton, then their failure was caused by someone thwarting them. I would guess Mossad, or a covert group of NSA operatives that stopped the steal even in the face of Obama directing Jeh Johnson to take charge of electronic voting. I have no proof, only plausible and grounded suspicion.
Stealing on a mass scale is easily done by manipulating GEMS (Global Election Management System) through coding numerical fields as fractions and having them formatted as rounded for display. Be Harris calls this ‘Fraction Magic’.

Jill Stein was on CNN earlier this morning ranting and raving about possible computer vote hacking.
She admits there is no evidence of vote tampering but she still wants a recount.

Trump’s overall vote lead in those three states is well over 110,000 votes.
His win is well beyond certainty.
But we need a recount to settle it. The people pushing for it are certifiably insane.
She can file.
But she has no legal standing to demand a recount on behalf of another candidate.
If she goes through with it, they’ll ask her representatives if they think it would change the outcome.
They’ll admit it won’t and then they’ll tell them to go to a judge to get one.
As far as conspiracy theories go, this one is a stretch.

There is no requirement, restriction or assumption that would preclude it being a total recount including all candidates for the contested office.
I fail to see where stein does not have standing to request a recount.

It won't change the outcome for her but the whole premis is that it could change the outcome for the winner if alleged fraud took place.
What are you responding to, voter fraud or recounts?
Any state that has, cities, colleges and RATS has voter fraud. Whether they prevail or not is another story.

Well, there probably is a difference between a privately funded recount, and a taxpayer funded (free) SOS recount, but I don't see how anything else could be considered either credible or "official".
That would imply attention-whore, write-in morons could tie up the resources of the SOS's office in every state in any election.
Also, there is no logic in demanding a recount in counties where you won. That should also be banned.
