They have resisted from day one and every day since. How is this “news?”
[ Hillary Clinton Resists Request for Additional Details on Private Email Server ]
What? Like with a cloth?
It’s illegal. It’s all the way illegal. Regardless of intent, regardless of content. She moved her top secret messaging off a secure gov’t server. I have never understood, from day #1, why any further detail is relevant. That she NEVER HAD a gov’t account means EVERY top secret of SCIP message she ever sent or received is automatically a law violation and had to be a law violation.
The guy who took pix of his submarine is in jail regardless of his intent. He is jail because the information (the image of the sub) moved from a secure location to an insecure location. I still see no equivocation about any of this.
“I have never understood, from day #1, why any further detail is relevant.”
Because some animals are more equal than others. End of story.
Is she still privey to daily security briefings? How or what service is she using now for yoga and recipes ?
Trump has taken a “hands off” position, which is as it should be. If he allows the DOJ to do its job, all is well.
Well then, Mrs. Clinton, you are either complicit or incompetent ... which one is it?

So much for her calls of transperancy right before the election
“insecure location.”
Non-secure location. Insecure location is when the location has low self-esteem. :)
How many recovered emails from Hillary’s server actually discussed yoga?
This no makeup, shuffling in the woods, roaming in a bookstore routine is a calculated act. The Clintons never do anything by chance. She’s playing Hillary ‘The Chin’ Gigante to avoid prosecution by the Trump administration, or at least by an independent counsel. “Don’t investigate me, bro’ !!!”
Can someone explain to me how Clinton's lawyers can know how large percentage of the work-related e-mails had been captured by the State Dept Systems, and in that case why that knowledge is protected by attorney-client privilege?
Sounds like total BS.
BINGO!!! Just having her ILLEGAL server should have gotten her ARRESTED IMMEDIATELY!!
All that's missing is the bathrobe. Just try to get THAT visual out of your head.......
Said that way, I think you have it right.
The exact reason she should be prosecuted by the incoming administration. It's not about vengeance for an ugly campaign...it's truly about the rule of law.
Everyone being held accountable for their actions, regardless status, position or wealth. Otherwise, there is no rule of law.
Incidentally....I really hate that phrase. The rule of law.
Agree, he needs to stay out of the picture and let the new DOJ be the bad cop
And the new head of the FBI....I hope!
