Just occurred to me, if Hillary did in fact come out and challenge results in a futile bid to overturn the election, there stands Trump and his DOJ.

She knows better. Hillary's not going to thrown herself into the lions den.

Yes, she would be foolish to challenge MI, PA and WI, given that Trump just gave her an early Christmas gift in declining to investigate her.

She would have to have the results in all three thrown out and awarded to her to become POTUS. In both PA and WI, Trump’s margin of victory was over one percent. I’ve never heard of any US Election result being thrown when the margin of victory is over one percent.

If she did challenge all three and in effect took back her concession, Trump would say investigation is back on!
