I'm hoping that he's sandbagging so that Obama leaves office without issuing a pardon. Once Trump assumes the presidency, perhaps "new information' will surface that demands a special prosecutor be appointed.

She already is in her personal jail of sorts. She lost. Now having said that, I am not sure that the Clinton Foundation is off the hook. Kind of like OJ Simpson. He got away with murder but ended up in jail anyway on different charges. Same result, just took a different path.
