Three months after leaving the White House in 2001, former President Bill Clinton arrived in India to cheering throngs to help those who had just lost a million homes in the aftermath of a massive earthquake that killed 20,000 and injured 166,000.
In classic Clinton style, he solemnly promised that his new nonprofit called the American India Foundation (AIF) would rebuild 100 villages. Rajat Gupta, his millionaire co-chairman, pledged $1 billion for the victims.
It never happened. Years later, AIFs annual reports were reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation and show only seven villages were partially rebuilt by Clintons group, and a mere $2.7 million of $53 million raised over a decade went to the earthquake victims.

Liberals lie, cheat, steal and a lot of poor folks in the world are uninformed and fall for their lies. I will say it to the day I die,The Democrat Party and Liberals for the most part are Evil!
WOW!
That's about the same proportion that make it to the "needy" in the US from tax dollars.
Most gov spending on entitlements and charity goes to its own employees and infrastructure (buildings, IT systems, security).
and .. I’ll add, LIARS, GREEDY, RACIST, etc. etc. etc.
Let me guess, Lois Lerner fast-tracked this application without any requests for add'l paperwork, questions about political motives or operations, or simple "administrative delays."
Lots of these lies were told by Bill Clintoon. What ever happened to the 100,000 cops that he promised to Police departments all over America. It never happened but I seem to remember some money being allocated for it. I kept waiting for Mr Trump to bring up that false promise.
Sounds like a carbon copy of Haiti. Something like $200 million in contributions, less than $50 million actually made it to Haiti, very little actually rebuilt.
Percentages look worse though.
A good point you make here.
Which is one of the reasons that Music 'artists' supported the Clintons so strongly.
btt
Good point.
