According to Tom Wolfe you can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich, meaning that the burden of proof isn’t real high.

So it’s significant that two grand juries looked at the Franklin Conspiracy and neither found sufficient evidence to send it to trial. Not only that but two people pushing the case were found guilty of perjury.

Not sure why you think it is something we should give credence to. If anything, it is likely to taint current cases that link to it.
