He was 14, I'd agree with akalinin that's plenty old enough to know better, at the same time I condemn actions like this essential for survival. However I suspect very few individuals in that situation would describe it at the best year of his life, and that he feels no guilt. Just like any sociopath, I suppose. Like the Nazis he worked for, it was a matter of power, and George loved it.

That is instructive looking at the man and his actions. His admirers as well.
