President Barack Obama said on Sunday that he doesn't intend to become his successor's constant critic - but reserved the right to speak out if President-elect Donald Trump or his policies breach certain "values or ideals."....... He heaped praise on former President George W Bush, saying he "could not have been more gracious to me when I came in" and said he wanted to give Mr Trump the same chance to pursue his agenda "without somebody popping off" at every turn.
But Mr Obama suggested there may be limits to his silence.

6 Months???? I would say less than 1 month. I can’t wait for those clowns to leave the White House and if I never see them again it would be just fine with me. But I know that is wishful thinking, obama is just like the clinton’s have their noses into everything.
You’d have to be crazy if you think Obama will leave the spotlight and stay out of it. That’s unbelievable to the point of lunacy.
He sees himself as being THE role model. However, that particular role is on the wrong side of history.
Wish the pest(ilence) would just go away after Mr. Trump’s inauguration. We did NOT, thank God, vote for Obama’s third, horrible term.
Fast forward 61 days from now! Actually, everyone stopped caring on Nov 9th.
Have never seen this bumper sticker except in my own imagination. There are places online where you can have custom bumper stickers made. Fun, huh???

I think he'll become irrelevant in both politics AND the entertainment business. No longer will people give a whiff about his thoughts on the rap culture or his basketball brackets. There won't be anything in it for them--they can't offer favors, and they'll have little political power left.

I fully expect Obama to start speaking out against Trump on Day 1. Holding news conferences and even participating in marches. Why? Because the Man is totally partisan and simply has no class or respect for anyone besides himself.

When has BO ever promoted American values? The 63 million voters who voted for Pres. Elect Trump must have missed that singular event in the past 8 years.
