I’ve been a Rudy follower for over 25 years. I lived in NYC through his entire tenure, including 9/11. I noticed his slowing down a year ago prior to ever hearing about it from the media. I specifically made mention of it to my wife. He’s older. I understand the phenomenon is natural and not to be ridiculed. But he’s discernibly slower.
But I haven’t seen anything like you are describing! And I’ve lived in NYC for 40 years.
