Bullcrap. A person male or female can lose parental rights for serious crimes. If a rapist creates a child, I agree to hold them responsible....financially. But the satate can garnish that without her ever seeing him.
But It’s evil to force the woman to interact with him as a co-parent complete with custody rights. Utterly insane. I’m not talking accusations thrown around, but only a court convicted rapist.
No other crime victim is forced to interact monthly with the predator for a few decades.
My point is a man needs to take responsibility - and rape shouldn’t be an excuse to get him off the hook.
No one is saying the woman should be forced to marry him or love him.
But he should be forced to support her and their child. Rape is not a free pass card from the consequences of life.
