I didn’t know there was a refinery in Mandan. I was from Grand Forks. I lived in California for 30 years, which I liked a lot more, but the libtards drove me out.
The refinery at Mandan was formerly owned by Amoco. Amoco also owned a pipeline from Mandan to the Twin Cities. Another pipe moved 25,000 batches of gasoline and fuel oil to what was an Amoco terminal in Superior, WI.
