He needs a new schtick. The entire K family does only what will benefit the brand. At one point, his wife said she’d vote for Trump and her entire peer group & her followers reacted with a giant hissy fit, so she backed off.
They’ve milked the robbery and Kim has stayed uncharacteristically out of the news. She needs a new schtick, too.
I find the entire Kardashian phenom fascinating in a train wreck sort of way. They epitomize the US cultural desert. They are such opportunists, I would not be surprised to find them backing Trump if it’ll bring them an audience. They can make much money portraying themselves as victims, but, it would perhaps bring the left’s intolerance home to the idiots who idolize them all.
That said, I have never heard Kanye *sing* or watched any of their reality shows. His *fashion line* had to be a complete joke, even to him.

I agree. (I also have no idea what Mr. West sings.) It's entirely possible that he's doing this in the hope of building a new market.
