The original, Biblical, Sanctuary Cities were established so that someone who committed man-slaughter could get a fair hearing before Judges instead of just being killed by the victims next of kin. So Sanctuary Cities used to be part of the Rule of Law, but this has been perverted by the Luciferian New World Order just as has the rest of the language.
