Both his parents are illegal aliens living in the USA. They should ALL be deported especially the Mexican judge who is not a real American citizen despite being born here.That is incorrect, though we might wish it to be so. And changing the law now will not affect him and others like him, being that ex-post facto laws are unconstitutional.
