I think all these post mortums of the election miss the actual issue that derailed Clinton and the Senate Dems.
Trump won traditonal blue areas ME-1, MI, PA, WI and almost won dark dark blue MN. MN has not gone GOP since Nixon in 1972.
What do all these areas have in common? Large numbers of blue collar hunters.
Feingold in WI was winning the election. He lost. Why? Towards the end of the elction he started talking about how Clinton would do EO on guns.
I think guns might be the new third rail of US Politics.
Why do the commies and the fascists always try to take away the guns. God bless our founding fathers!
