Long ago in a previous life as a teacher in several all-black schools, that kind of obama routine in the video (looking confused, acting like he doesn't understand, trying to figure it out, chewing) meant "F you."
I'm don't recall the context, so he may have actually BEEN confused and couldn't figure it out. But the chewing is always "F you."
