When a Police Officer arrives at a crime scene and sees three black “yutes” fleeing, is it “unfairly targeting” blacks?
Give me a break..if it was two whites and one black and they shot the black, I might agree in that instance.

These cities are so screwed up. I know of an incident where a cop in a residential area turned a corner and saw a black kid about 14 with his arm half reaching into a parked car through the partially opened passenger window. He stops, exits his vehicle and the kid starts running away. The cop tells him to stop and takes him by the arm. At that point 2 adults exit a home saying it’s their kid who they sent out to get their cigarettes, but the car was locked so he was reaching through the partially opened window. Who knew?

Long story short, the cop and department were subjected to investigations, discipline, a law$uit and on and on. The cop said he thought it possible the kid was breaking into the vehicle or attempting to steal something from the it. So he did his job and stopped the kid to find out what he was doing.

This kind of jackassery goes on all the time. It’s the norm. And it costs the taxpayers big.
