If you remember correctly, he had dropped out of the race until Bill Clinton sagged severely. He then jumped back into the race, stating his reason that the Republicans were planning to produce obscene doctored pictures of his daughter. The Clintons would have sunk into obscurity in 1992 if it wasn't for that little sneak. He stole 20% of the vote back then.
