It is being reported in NYC papers that Trump wants to work out of his NYC office which is also his home. He’s probably influenced by Bloomberg who never lived at Gracie Mansion. I want him in the WH like most Americans but I bow to the inevitable. (New York will be even more unlivable if he’s in and out of the city.) The first Republican to mess up New York.

As I've mentioned before, if Trump does this then he will depopulate Trump Tower. The people who can afford to live there are not the kind of people who will put up with having to jump through the security hoops, the streets around the building being shut down, and be faced with the demonstrators 24x7. All the retail establishments in the lobby will almost certainly go out of business as the walk-in traffic is cut off by the security screenings. He will likely kill off the crown jewel of his real estate empire and I don't think he wants to do that.

“Trump wants to work out of his NYC office”

Wouldn’t that be just another Trump awesome! Not only is he the grenade in DC, he helps tear it off its pedestal by not working there.
