Not only that, but a mere piece of legislation wouldn’t do squat, this would have to be changed by a Constitutional Amendment. Which means this is just window-dressing and an attempt to paint Trump’s victory as illegitimate.
i.e. either she is an idiot or she thinks we are. Neither is a good thing.
