It all depends on how "hate crimes" is being defined.On those rare occasions that I see a woman in one of those black burlap sacks I make sure to give her a dirty look.I never say a word.I never approach her.I never harm her in *any* way at all...except maybe her "feelings".

Of course "progressives" would label that a hate crime.But does the FBI?
