Don't kid yourself. They can, and they will, choke the jails in NY, Chicago, Oakland, (possibly) LA and will hurt some of our people until they are stopped.
Getting arrested is not a deterrent, it's their objective. They know (as do I, from a previous life) that the criminal justice system cannot handle a fraction of the crimes they will commit, so their behavior (appears to them) to be very low risk, in terms of the big picture, AND it carries a small chance of creating large-scale disruption.
What they are not counting on is that our movement is not comprised of passive leftists and "compassionate" liberals, which is who they are used to dealing with.
They are "fighters" who have never been in a fight.
They are starting something they will not be able to finish.
